I haven't booked yet. Can I use the portal?
The portal is designed for booked clients. You're welcome to learn how it works here before booking. Once your session is arranged, you'll receive information about accessing your own space.
I can't find my login details.
Check your inbox and junk folder for your booking emails. Still no luck? Get in touch with me and I'll help you find your way in.
Do I have to use the portal?
It's there to make your life easier! Some booking steps, such as completing questionnaires or reviewing documents, may need to be done online. If anything is confusing, just ask.
Where will I find my photographs?
When your photographs are ready, I'll send your gallery access details. Depending on your session, your gallery may open through a separate link.
